About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Manager to lead enterprise data governance operations and ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of master data across Xerox. This role partners with global business teams to establish governance standards, improve data quality, drive process improvements, and support business transformation initiatives. What You'll Do
- Lead the execution of enterprise data governance and master data management processes.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer, vendor, material, pricing, and other critical master data.
- Develop and monitor data quality metrics, dashboards, and governance KPIs.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Partner with business, IT, and Global Business Services teams to resolve data issues and implement governance best practices.
- Support ERP, digital transformation, and data migration projects.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Data Governance team.
- Ensure compliance with governance policies, internal controls, and service level agreements (SLAs). What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management, Business Operations, or related functions.
- At least 3 years of leadership or people management experience preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or other reporting tools is an advantage. Nice to Have
