Data Governance & Data Quality Analyst

About the Role We are seeking a Data Governance & Data Quality Analyst to support and evolve our enterprise data and AI governance capabilities. You will collaborate with data owners, data stewards, product owners, engineering teams, and analytics practitioners to improve data quality, metadata management, and governance for both traditional data assets and AI-enabled use cases. The role aims to shift governance from reactive to proactive, ensuring information and models are trusted, well-documented, responsibly used, and compliant with internal and external requirements. What You'll Do

• Define and implement data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Develop and maintain data quality rules, KPIs, and controls
• Manage and enhance metadata, data catalog, and governance processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality and governance adoption
• Support AI/data governance initiatives, ensuring compliance and responsible data usage What We're Looking For
• 5–8 year’s experience in data governance / data management / data analysis
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks & data quality practices
• Experience with metadata management & data cataloging
• Ability to define data quality rules, KPIs, and governance standards
