We are looking for a detail-focused Data Entry Clerk to support E-Verify case processing in a fast-moving remote work environment. This Contract position is part-time and offers scheduling flexibility during Monday through Friday business hours aligned with Central Time. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can work independently while maintaining speed, accuracy, and strong compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Enter E-Verify case information accurately and complete each submission within expected turnaround times.

• Manage a steady daily workload while maintaining consistent productivity in a high-volume setting.

• Review case details carefully to reduce errors and ensure all entries meet documentation standards.

• Track open cases, identify items needing attention, and complete follow-up actions promptly.

• Apply established E-Verify procedures to each case to support compliance and processing accuracy.

• Organize work efficiently in a remote environment to maintain dependable output throughout assigned hours.

• Monitor progress across assigned cases and update records as needed to keep information current.

• Previous hands-on experience working with E-Verify is required.

• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry, including numeric and computer-based record input.

• Strong typing skills with the ability to complete repetitive entry tasks efficiently.

• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fully remote setting.

• Experience handling large volumes of data entry work while meeting deadlines.

• Comfortable working a part-time schedule during Monday through Friday Central Time business hours.
