You will scope and execute data engineering work end to end, gathering requirements, building pipelines, and ensuring solutions are reliable and aligned with business needs. This role combines soft skills, business insight, and technical expertise to drive outcomes with key partners across the organization. What You'll Do
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines.
- Implement data quality and validation processes.
- Contribute to data model design.
- Document solutions, patterns, and standards.
- Perform statistical data profiling (distributions, outliers, missingness).
- Design basic experiments / A/B tests and interpret statistical outcomes.
- Monitor pipeline and model performance (latency, data drift, metric stability).
