About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to transform raw data into useful data systems and align data initiatives with business goals. You will contribute to building data ingestion, processing, and analytical pipelines to support data-driven decision making in a completely remote role based in Mexico. What You'll Do
- Transform raw data into useful data systems using various methods.
- Create algorithms and conduct statistical analyses to improve efficiency and align data systems with business goals.
- Build data ingestion, processing, and analytical pipelines for big data, relational databases, SQL, and data warehouses.
- Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling. What We're Looking For
- Expertise to write complex SQL queries.
- Extensive hands-on experience with any ETL tool (Talend/Informatica/Datastage).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in developing data ingestion, data processing, and analytical pipelines for big data, relational databases, SQL, and data warehouse solutions.
- Ability to analyze and organize raw data; build data systems and pipelines; evaluate business needs and conduct complex data analysis.
- Preparing data for prescriptive and predictive modeling; combine raw information from different sources; explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability.
