Role overview

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Data Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica and Chile. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

Time zones: complete overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in:

• Backend engineering: Java or Python (required) REST API integration and webhook development Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• We build the data infrastructure and intelligence layer that powers Indeed's Go-To-Market revenue engine — including lead routing, advertiser identity resolution, campaign segmentation, and Sales tooling across Salesforce, Snowflake, and GCP.
• Build and maintain data pipelines across Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud, and GCP.
• Model and maintain GTM data assets: parent company, advertiser identity, lead enrichment, revenue data Collaborate with engineers and PMs on GTMDR JIRA project deliverables.
• Write and optimize SQL/IQL queries for reporting and analytics use cases.
• Support data quality, validation, and schema management across GTM data marts.
