About the Role You will join the Data Team to develop and maintain ETL pipelines, data lakes, and data-facing services, helping drive business insights at Smarkets. Work closely with the Data Team lead and engineers in an Agile environment to deliver reliable data infrastructure and ML-powered features.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Data ETL pipelines, including real-time components
- Keep our data lake healthy and manage Redshift and BigQuery data warehouses
- Develop and maintain Flask services and Postgres databases to provide data access
- Support automated reporting pipelines for various teams
- Explore data, train and deploy ML models, and maintain the recommender service
