Data Engineer - Mid-Level (4+ years of experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines (SSIS)
• Design analytical data models (Data Warehouse, Data Marts)
• Develop SSAS cubes (multidimensional or tabular models)
• Build reporting solutions using Power BI and SSRS
• Optimize SQL Server queries and overall database performance
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support and mentor junior profiles

Requirements

• Experience in migrations of BI DTSX components and in the functional enhancements of BI DTSX components and SQL scripts related to legal compliance requirements.

• Knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) DTSX packages.

• Strong experience with SQL Server (advanced T-SQL, performance tuning)

• Hands-on experience with SSIS (ETL development)

• Experience with SSAS (multidimensional or tabular models)

• Strong expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

• Experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization)

• Experience with dimensional modeling (Kimball methodology)

• Solid knowledge of Data Warehouse best practices

• Nice to Have

• Experience working in hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud)

• Knowledge of Azure (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse)

• Experience with CI/CD in data projects

• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality practices
