Job title: Data & Digital Solutions Engineer – Field Operations
About the Role We are seeking a Data & Digital Solutions Engineer to join ASM's Global Spares and Services organization. This role will enable Field Service teams with the data, knowledge, and digital tools to improve service efficiency, drive first-time-right outcomes, and reduce equipment installation and maintenance cycle times at customer sites.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage data pipelines that integrate data from enterprise systems and vendor sources, enabling Field Service teams with timely insights and automation.
- Collaborate across data engineering, application development, and operational enablement to deliver impactful digital solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience at the intersection of data engineering, application development, and operational enablement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to integrate systems to improve service delivery.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for field operations.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in the semiconductor or field service domain (not required).
