About the Role SDG Group is seeking a passionate data and innovation professional to join our Data & Analytics team as a Data Consultant in Barcelona. The role focuses on designing, developing and delivering advanced Qlik-based solutions to create actionable insights for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop advanced Qlik solutions (modeling, scripting, Set Analysis) to create high‑impact insights via visualizations and storytelling.
- Implement, maintain and evolve data solutions, manage complex data models, expressions and KPIs, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Provide expert technical support on the Qlik Sense / QlikView platform, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and user needs.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand and translate client requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Stay updated on Qlik best practices and proactively resolve technical issues to optimize performance (reload optimization and memory usage).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience developing and implementing BI solutions with Qlik (QlikView and/or Qlik Sense), mastering data modeling (associative), advanced scripting, Set Analysis, interactive visualizations and storytelling.
- Experience in design and implementation of scalable BI architecture, including integration strategies, process automation (QMC) and applying development best practices.
- English level C1.
- Knowledge in data security (Section Access) is valued.
- Experience in consulting or agile environments is valued.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills and business orientation.
