About the Role Johnson Controls is seeking a Data Centres Service Ops Manager 1 to oversee service operations for data center facilities in Hyderabad, India. This role focuses on managing field operations, ensuring service quality and uptime, and coordinating cross-functional teams. What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day service operations for data center facilities, ensuring uptime and adherence to SLAs.
- Lead field operations activities, coordinate with technicians and vendors, and supervise work orders.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with local and remote teams to resolve incidents and implement preventive maintenance. What We're Looking For
- Experience in data center operations or facilities management; strong leadership and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of critical infrastructure systems (electrical, mechanical, cooling) is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
