About the Role Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) powers our cloud services. As a Program Manager for Integrated Lease Delivery (ILD) in the Data Centre Pre-Construction domain, you will play a key role in delivering the core infrastructure projects across the EMEA region. What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate pre-construction activities for data centre leases within the EMEA region.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (real estate, construction, facilities, legal) to drive timely delivery and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage program milestones, risk, and governance to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule. What We're Looking For
- Experience in program management for real estate/leasing projects, especially data centre pre-construction or large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment with complex timelines. Nice to Have
- Experience with Integrated Lease Delivery (ILD) or similar lease delivery programs.
