About the Role As a Microsoft Data Center Technician (DCT), you will develop an understanding of standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning equipment under the guidance of more experienced Data Center colleagues. This role focuses on building foundational skills in maintaining critical data center infrastructure. What You'll Do
- Prepare, install, and configure data center equipment according to standards.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware issues.
- Replace faulty components and assist in decommissioning equipment as required.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to ensure tasks are completed safely and on schedule.
