About the Role As a Microsoft Data Center Technician (DCT) Manager, you will lead a team of technicians, providing guidance on performing hardware deployments, diagnostics on equipment, and hardware decommissions. You will support technician performance, prioritizing technician tasks while monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Levels (SLAs). What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a team of data center technicians to ensure high-quality hardware deployments, diagnostics, and decommissions.
- Provide guidance on performing hardware deployments, run diagnostics on equipment, and manage hardware decommissions.
- Monitor technician performance, prioritize tasks, and track KPIs and service levels to meet operational targets.
