Role Overview

This position involves hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repair. The role requires working both independently and as part of a team in a 24/7 data center environment. Successful candidates will possess skills in work prioritization, organization, and effective communication. In addition to repairs, responsibilities include equipment installation, documentation creation, and problem-solving within the data center space.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform break-fix work and swap hardware components.

• Troubleshoot network connections.

• Address email and personnel requests for technical support.

• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.

• Schedule and perform maintenance tasks.

• Respond to customer outages and capacity issues.

• Manage and prepare service tickets for daily tasks.

• Work Environment

• This role includes various shift options to support a 24/7 operational environment. Available shifts are Sunday-Wednesday from 6am-6pm, Sunday-Wednesday from 6pm-6am, Wednesday-Saturday from 6am-6pm, and Wednesday-Saturday from 6pm-6am. The position may also include participation in on-call rotations.
