About the Role Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a Data Center Technician (DCT) on the U.S. Government Airgap team, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft’s dedicated online services. What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain data center infrastructure to ensure reliable service delivery within CO+I
- Support the U.S. Government Airgap environment and related security/compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot core infrastructure What We're Looking For
- Experience in data center operations or facilities management
- Willingness to work onsite in Manassas, Virginia
- Ability to adhere to security and safety policies; Top Secret clearance (as indicated by the job title)
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
