About the Role As a Microsoft Data Center Project Manager (DCPM), you will perform troubleshooting for service incidents, manage assigned projects to meet service delivery objectives, and escalate obstacles to appropriate stakeholders. You will also follow safety policies and procedures and participate in root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot service incidents in data center environments and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Manage assigned projects to meet service delivery objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Escalate blockers to the appropriate stakeholders and drive timely resolution.
- Follow safety policies and procedures and participate in root cause analysis to identify preventive actions. What We're Looking For
- Experience in data center operations management or related project management roles.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on service reliability and incident response. Nice to Have
- Prior experience with incident response or fault management in large-scale data centers.
