About the Role As a Microsoft Data Center Program Manager (DCPM), you’ll troubleshoot service incidents, manage projects to meet service delivery objectives, and escalate obstacles to the appropriate stakeholders. You’ll also follow safety policies and procedures and participate in root cause analysis. What You'll Do
