About the Role
This role focuses on the design, construction, and commissioning of data center mechanical infrastructure. You will drive delivery of critical mechanical systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable data center operations.
What You'll Do

Design, construct, and commission mechanical infrastructure for data centers, including chilled water cooling systems, air handling systems, fire suppression, plumbing, and underground utilities.

Collaborate with data center operations and external mechanical contractors to deliver projects on schedule and to spec.

Coordinate with cross-functional project teams, drive progress, and mentor more junior team members where applicable.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in mission-critical facility design and construction environments.

Experience with mechanical infrastructure and with design, construction, and commissioning of chilled water cooling systems, air handling, fire suppression, plumbing, or underground utilities.

5 years of experience with data center operations and working with mechanical contractors and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have
-
Experience collaborating with cross-functional project teams and vendors; strong problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of data center facilities operations and project management principles.
