About the Role We are seeking a Data Center Lead Scheduler to join our Mission Critical Data Center team. This client-facing role leads scheduling across the full project lifecycle, from planning through construction, aligned with milestones and program objectives. You will guide schedule development, monitor critical path, and collaborate with client teams. What You'll Do
- Prepare and manage project / campus detailed schedules from initial planning through all construction phases, aligned with project milestones and program objectives
- Build and update schedules while maintaining accurate logic, dependencies, durations, and milestone dates
- Review change orders and payment applications to ensure contract / schedule alignment
- Monitor and report critical path priorities to the client management team
- Collaborate with site teams and client leads
- Prepare schedule updates, milestone reporting, and what-if analyses for the project team
- Act as a primary contact for data center clients, ensuring all objectives are achieved
- Lead junior staff members and assist with their development
- Travel to client site / office as required What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
- Approximately 15 years of experience; 5+ years data center construction experience or large-scale complex installations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Certifications with AACE, PMI or CMAA are preferred Nice to Have
- Certifications with AACE, PMI or CMAA (preferred) Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $85-95/hour
