About the Role Microsoft's Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician Manager (DIAM) leads a team of Inventory & Asset Management technicians responsible for inbound/outbound logistics tasks, inventory cycle audits, and Data Center regulatory compliance activities. You will guide, coach, and develop your team to ensure operational excellence and compliance. What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Inventory & Asset Management technicians handling inbound/outbound logistics tasks
- Conduct inventory cycle audits to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Ensure Data Center regulatory compliance and adherence to policy
- Guide and develop employees to achieve performance and safety standards What We're Looking For
- Experience leading teams in inventory management, data center operations, or related environments
- Knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics and inventory control processes
- Familiarity with data center regulatory and compliance requirements
