About the Role As a Data Center EHS Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing safety, health, and environmental compliance on a high-profile data center construction project. You will apply established PMO standards to on-site operations, drive safety excellence, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones for a major national infrastructure program. What You'll Do
- Implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations and Black Box’s Safety Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
- Develop, implement, and deliver safety and orientation training programs.
- Inspect facilities to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions; drive hazard mitigation, inspections, audits, JHAs, and SDSs.
- Manage day-to-day on-site operations by applying PMO standards, processes, and methodologies to ensure project deliverables and timelines. What We're Looking For
- 2+ years construction EHS experience; knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety program development, hazard mitigation, inspections, audits, JHAs, SDSs, and strong communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Compensation & Benefits
