Data & Business Analyst
We are seeking a Data & Business Analyst to develop reporting and analytics capabilities, generate actionable insights, and support forecasting and strategic planning across the organisation. This is a hybrid, full-time permanent role based in Ososa on the Sagamu–Benin Expressway in Ogun State.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools.
- Analyse operational, commercial, and financial performance data.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Generate actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Drive data governance and reporting excellence across the organisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategy, or a related role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL proficiency.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operational environments is an advantage.
Compensation and employment:
- Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 plus Performance Allowance.
