Data Base Administrator (MS SQL)
Location: Remote (Worldwide) Job Type: Contract Pay: Competitive
What you will do:
- Write advanced T-SQL scripts for MS SQL Server 2008–2019.
- Review developers’ SQL code, analyze execution plans, and resolve execution-plan issues (including stored procedures executed tens of millions of times per day).
- Optimize database performance — queries, indexes, locking, disk, memory.
What is required:
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server 2008–2019.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server architecture and internals.
- Excellent T-SQL skills with extensive developer-level scripting experience: stored procedures, UDFs, triggers, and distributed transactions, plus a solid grasp of relational database fundamentals.
