About the Role We are seeking a capable Consulting Data Architect to join our Insurance Technology Consulting practice and play a pivotal role in shaping, selling, and delivering data-led consulting engagements for insurance clients. Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid). This UK-based role with a global remit reports to the Head of Architecture Advisory, Insurance Technology Consulting. The role sits at the intersection of insurance consulting, data architecture and business development, requiring the ability to influence propositions, engage credibly with senior client stakeholders, and lead the design and implementation of modern data solutions across the insurance value chain, supporting transformation initiatives spanning underwriting, claims, pricing, reserving, capital modelling, risk & finance operations. What You'll Do
- Shape Go to Market Propositions by embedding modern data, analytics & AI capabilities into market-facing solutions and collaborating with Insurance and Technology Consulting leaders to develop differentiated data-led propositions.
- Sell Consulting Engagements by supporting pre-sales activities, structuring compelling and pragmatic data solutions, and developing proposals, presentations, and narratives that articulate business value and data transformation outcomes.
- Deliver Data Consulting Projects by leading the design and overseeing implementation of modern data capabilities that deliver measurable business results for insurance clients across value chain modules such as underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance and risk functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply emerging data capabilities to strengthen transformation outcomes and establish best practices for modern data platforms and operating models. What We're Looking For
- Senior Data Architect with exposure to proposition development, client engagement and pre-sales while maintaining a strong technical foundation.
- Senior Data Consulting professional who works at the intersection of business and technology and wants to deepen focus within the insurance sector.
