About the Role MTSI is seeking a Data Architect & Scientist SME to join our Arlington, VA team. The role focuses on designing and applying data architectures and analytics in support of mission-focused programs. What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and optimize data architectures and data models to support complex analytics and decision-making.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and program stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Analyze data workflows, ensure data quality, and enable secure data access for analytics and reporting. What We're Looking For
- Experience in data architecture, data modeling, data integration, and analytics.
- Proficiency with database technologies, data pipelines, and data governance.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have
- Experience in the defense or government sector; security clearance is a plus.
