What You'll Do
- Developing, collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to address complex ad hoc talent management and workforce-related inquiries.
- Creating clear, executive-ready data visualizations and presentations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in data analytics and data visualization.
- Ability to translate business questions into data-driven answers.
- Proficiency with data tools and the ability to present insights to executives.
- TS/SCI w/ Poly security clearance (or ability to obtain).
