About the Role Responsible for leading data analytics systems and implementing new AI/IT/digital systems across Corporate & Business Development in China. This role supports business adoption of IT systems (e.g., Inova, DataFort), drives technology upgrades and AI adoption, and ensures seamless user experience and system integration. It orchestrates operational excellence through agile project management, process standardization, and continuous improvement to boost efficiency in the China-based C&BD team. What You'll Do
- Lead data analytics systems and generate insights across Corporate & Business Development in China.
- Develop and maintain THOR, the C&BD Dashboard/Cockpit, to provide real-time performance metrics.
- Lead the implementation of new IT systems and AI use cases to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
- Drive operational excellence and process improvements through best practices, continuous improvement, and agile methods. What We're Looking For
- Strong data analytics skills to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards (e.g., THOR) and delivering real-time performance metrics.
- Familiarity with AI/IT/digital system implementations, systems thinking, and driving user adoption.
- Proactive problem-solving, result-oriented mindset, and ability to manage agile projects and drive process standardization.
