Job Description

YOA Consulting is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their team in Lagos. This role is crucial for transforming raw data into actionable insights through comprehensive reporting, dynamic dashboard creation, rigorous data validation, and insightful performance analysis.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, taking ownership of designing effective dashboards, automating manual reporting processes, and ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy across all systems. Key Responsibilities

Clean, validate, and reconcile large datasets

Qualifications

3 to 5 years in data, business analysis, or reporting
Strong SQL and advanced Excel; hands-on Tableau, Power BI or similar
A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
