What You'll Do
- Participate in business analysis efforts for Mexico’s credit card product
- Translate local market dynamics into actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior, product performance, and financial metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the credit card Engagement Operation team to support go-to-market strategies, product enhancements, and regulatory initiatives
- Monitor and report on key business metrics through dashboards and performance reviews tailored to the Mexican market.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by aligning with data engineering and governance teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis or analytics, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Solid command of SQL and Python, along with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and coding languages as needed.
- Experience in product performance tracking, financial modeling, and decision support is preferred
- Fluency in English.
