Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize business data from different departments and sources.
- Analyse sales, customer, inventory, operational, financial, and employee-related data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports for Management.
- Track sales performance against targets and identify gaps.
- Analyse branch, territory, product, and individual sales performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities from company data.
- Support Management with accurate and timely data for decision-making.
- Maintain and update databases and reporting templates.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Work with the Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, and other departments to obtain and validate data.
- Automate recurring reports where possible.
- Develop meaningful KPIs and performance tracking reports.
- Present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data.
Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Proven experience in data analysis or a related position.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, and data analysis.

Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other data-analysis tools is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret large volumes of data and present meaningful insights.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
