• Driving end-to-end data analysis, automation, and reporting initiatives to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
• Managing complex queries and ensuring timely resolution
• Tracking and reporting daily action status to meet KPIs and SLA adherence
• Collaborating with global teams to manage data creation and updates across regions
• Designing and implementing automation solutions using tools like UiPath and Power Automate
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
• Applying data science techniques, including statistical modeling and machine learning
• Ensuring data quality through validation, anomaly detection, and cleansing frameworks
• Integrating automation and analytics solutions with enterprise systems
• Providing actionable insights and recommendations through data storytelling
• Supporting the lifecycle of analytics and automation solutions, from development to continuous improvement
• Documenting processes and maintaining governance standards
• Training and supporting users while driving innovation in automation and analytics What We're Looking For
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Master Data Management, or Reporting
• Strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
