Data & AI Lead

About the Role The Data & AI Lead will define, lead, and execute enterprise Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives across business functions. This role leads a multidisciplinary team of Data Engineers, AI Engineers, and Power BI Developers to deliver scalable data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled business outcomes. The focus is on establishing technical standards, driving innovation, ensuring delivery excellence, and maximizing business value from Microsoft Data & AI technologies. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Power BI Developers, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and career development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and technology teams to identify opportunities for analytics, automation, predictive insights, and AI-driven decision making.
• Define and execute the Data & AI roadmap aligned with business priorities and digital transformation objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise data platforms, reporting solutions, AI applications, and analytics products.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft Data & AI technologies including Azure Data Bricks, Azure Synapse, Power BI, Azure AI Services, and Copilot technologies.
• Establish and govern enterprise standards for data architecture, data engineering, reporting, analytics, AI development, security, and operational excellence.
• Lead delivery of initiatives from ideation to deployment, ensuring solution scalability, reliability, performance, and business adoption.
• Implement DataOps, MLOps, AI governance, and monitoring practices to ensure sustainable and compliant operations.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and technical capability development across the Data & AI organization.
• Stakeholder management and executive communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. What We're Looking For
• Experience leading data & AI initiatives and teams, with strong collaboration across stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise data platforms and AI-powered analytics solutions using Microsoft Data & AI technologies (Azure Data Bricks, Azure Synapse, Power BI, Azure AI Services, Copilot).
• Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with DataOps, MLOps, AI governance, and security best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
