Job title: D365 Technical Architect
About the Role D365 Technical Architect to support the Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Services implementations across the D365 domain. You will collaborate with product owners, architects and delivery teams to design and implement scalable solutions on the D365/Xrm platform and Azure, drive architectural decisions, and shape technical strategy.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business needs and user requirements to design and implement solutions using D365/Xrm, Azure components, and integration tools (SSIS, Web Services).
- Develop and maintain design artifacts for proposed solutions.
- Stay current with D365/Azure best practices and standards.
- Work with delivery teams in an agile environment, ensuring proper implementation and adoption.
- Drive testability and operational readiness (unit/integration testing, automation, UAT).
- Advocate continuous improvement, write scalable designs that enable agility.
- Conduct design and code reviews to maintain quality.
- Ensure data security, licensing, and resource usage compliance.
- Assist business leaders with change management and user adoption; plan for Microsoft major/minor releases to maximize platform utilization.
- Summarize findings for executive audiences.
What We're Looking For
- 5-15 years of relevant work experience; minimum 3 years with MS Dynamics 365 or related platforms.
- Strong ability to communicate design concepts; deep development experience in the D365 stack.
- Experience in business analysis and working with highly customized applications.
- Ability to organize information, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with agile delivery and collaboration across delivery teams.
Nice to Have
- Mobile App Development, CRM portals and Data Migration experience.
- Experience with Azure components such as Function Apps, Service Bus and Logic Apps.
- Experience with SQL and Stored Procedures.
