Job Description
The D365 Finance Process Owner/Superuser plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation of new systems (D365) and processes across their site and regional wave. Acting as a key liaison between project teams and colleagues, the Finance Superuser champions change, provides hands-on support during deployment, and ensures smooth adoption of new ways of working.
Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging in business readiness activities, system testing, delivering training, offering post-implementation support, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong functional knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The DRIVE Finance Superuser is responsible for supporting the delivery of D365 into the entity through all phases of the DRIVE implementation; Business Readiness, Solution Deployment, Early Life Support and ongoing post-implementation support.
