Job title: Cylinder Processor
As a Cylinder Processor, you will process medical and industrial gas cylinders following established plant guidelines and procedures. You will inspect, fill, and manage cylinder inventory and related paperwork, and operate forklift and related equipment to support warehouse operations.
What You'll Do
- Process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established plant guidelines and procedures.
- Conduct cylinder inspections to determine need for retesting or repairs through visual, physical, and odor tests before filling.
- Check cylinder quantities, styles, and products, and fill as needed.
- Load and unload product from weekly shuttle truck.
- Operate and maintain cylinder scales and related equipment.
- Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork and enter quantities, styles, and products into the computer to justify stock inventory.
- Complete and maintain quality control documentation per company and governmental procedures, and operate a forklift and other plant vehicles.
What We're Looking For
- High school degree / GED
- More than one (1+) year experience in a plant or manufacturing environment
- A strong mechanical background is desired
- Leadership, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $24.88 - $36.49 per hour
