About this role
About the Role The Cylinder Processor will process medical and industrial gas cylinders in a 2nd shift operation, following established plant guidelines. You will inspect cylinders for retesting or repairs, fill products, load and unload shipments, and maintain accurate inventory and documentation. You will also operate forklifts and related equipment and support quality control activities. What You'll Do
- Process cylinders per guidelines; inspect visually, physically, and by odor tests to determine retesting or repairs needs before filling
- Check cylinder quantities, styles, and product; fill as needed
- Load and unload product from weekly shuttle truck; operate cylinder scales and associated equipment
- Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork; record quantities, styles, and products in the computer to justify stock
- Complete quality control documentation and operate forklifts and other plant vehicles
- Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in a plant or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical background
- Leadership, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate a forklift and other plant equipment Nice to Have

- Pay rate: $28.91 hourly
