About this role

Job title: Cylinder Processor

About the Role This role requires you to process medical and industrial gas cylinders in a manufacturing environment, following established plant guidelines and procedures to ensure safe, accurate filling and shipping. You will conduct inspections and documentation to support quality and inventory control.

What You'll Do

  • Process medical and industrial gas cylinders following established plant guidelines and procedures.
  • Conduct cylinder inspections (visual, physical, and odor tests) to determine need for retesting or repairs before filling.
  • Check cylinder quantities, styles and product; fill required product.
  • Load and unload product from weekly shuttle truck.
  • Operate and maintain cylinder scales and related equipment.
  • Prepare warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork; input quantities, styles, and products into computer to justify stock inventory.
  • Complete and maintain quality control documentation per company and governmental procedures; operate a forklift and other plant vehicles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year experience in plant/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical background preferred.
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Strong mechanical background is desired.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
