About the Role

Cycle Counter I maintains accurate counts for in-house inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support cycle counting, data entry via RF scanner, and ensure inventory integrity to back production, shipping, and receiving.

What You'll Do

  • Perform cycle counts and enter data via RF scanner to reconcile physical counts with system records.
  • Physically count components and parts to correlate with in-house inventory.
  • Inform proper personnel of material shortages/overages, damages and thefts.
  • Learn and adhere to all OMS's as it pertains to Inventory processes.
  • Meet daily production goals by completing cycle counts and tasks within a timely manner.
  • React to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working other shifts and buildings as needed.
  • Maintain overall organization and cleaning of the locations and identify other opportunities for process improvement.
  • Operate order pickers and pallet jacks (EPJ and MPJ) as needed to perform cycle counts.

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience in shipping and receiving; prefer experience in automated distribution center environments.
  • Strong computer skills and math skills.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with standing for long periods and performing repetitive motions; able to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Able to walk/stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and basic ERP/WMS concepts is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Preferred experience with WMS and ERP systems.
