Job title: Cycle Counter/Equip. Order Picker
About the Role Cycle Counter I supports Milwaukee Tool's inventory accuracy by counting and validating in-house stock and communicating shortages, overages, or damages, helping ensure timely and safe warehouse operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform work in a timely manner and count components and parts accurately.
- Enter data via RF scanner and physically count items to reconcile with in-house inventory.
- Adhere to safety, quality, company policies and requirements; inform proper personnel of material shortage/overage, damages and thefts.
- Learn and adhere to OMS’s pertaining to inventory processes; meet daily production goals by completing cycle counts and tasks.
- React to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working other shifts and buildings as needed.
- Maintain overall organization and cleaning of locations; identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Operate Order pickers and pallet jacks (EPJ and MPJ) as needed for cycle counts.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience in shipping and receiving.
- Strong computer skills and math skills.
- Able to count accurately and enter data via RF scanner.
- Knowledge or experience with WMS and ERP systems (preferred).
- Physical requirements: ability to stand for long periods; able to lift up to 30 pounds; capable of repetitive motion and working in varying temperatures.
Nice to Have
- Preferred experience with WMS and ERP systems.
