Job title: Cycle Counter/Equip. Order Picker 3rd Shift 11p-7a
About the Role Cycle Counter I is responsible for maintaining accurate counts on all in-house inventory. You’ll be disruptive through these duties: perform cycle counts, data entry via RF scanner, and ensure inventory integrity at the Olive Branch facility.
What You'll Do
- Perform cycle counts and data entry via RF scanner to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Physically count components and parts to reconcile with in-house records.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and company policies; inform proper personnel of shortages/overages, damages and thefts.
- Learn and adhere to OMS's related to inventory processes.
- Meet daily production goals by completing cycle counts and related tasks.
- React to changes and handle other tasks, including working other shifts and buildings as needed.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the location and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Operate cycle counting equipment and material-handling tools (order pickers, pallet jacks).
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Experience in shipping and receiving required (prefer experience in automated Distribution Center environment).
- Strong computer skills and math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; stand/walk for 8 hours; able to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of OMS inventory processes recommended.
Nice to Have
- Preferred experience with WMS and ERP systems.
- Experience in automated Distribution Center environment.
