Cycle Count Team Member

About the Role Support inventory accuracy by performing daily cycle counts and reconciling parts across JDE, WMS, SAP/EWM to ensure reliable inventory data for both Warehouse and Plant locations. What You'll Do

• Perform required daily cycle counts as per Corporate Audit schedule.
• Reconcile parts across systems (JDE, WMS, SAP/EWM, etc.).
• Maintain inventory control for both Warehouse and Plant locations.
• Investigate priority NIL missing parts and coordinate with supervisor, team lead, warehouse staff, and planning team.
• Learn all functions within the Cycle Count Team in Warehouse and Plant locations.
• Contribute to NIL and variance resolutions and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to provide feedback and improvements. What We're Looking For
• Proficiency in JDE and Warehouse Management Systems; ability to learn SAP/EWM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with LEAN tools.
• Strong problem solving and effective written/verbal communication.
• Ability to read and understand part drawings.
• Self-driven with basic email skills; capable of operating material handling equipment.
• Ability to access parts in elevated locations up to 25 ft; willingness to work overtime/weekends as required.
• HS Diploma or GED; 1 year manufacturing experience. Nice to Have
• 2 years manufacturing experience.
• JDE and WMS experience; Excel proficiency.
• Forklift experience. Compensation & Benefits
