Cybersecurity Specialist (5+y)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Hybrid / On-site Experience Required: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities

Define and implement cybersecurity policies, controls, and procedures.

Secure hybrid infrastructures (on-premises, Azure, GCP, and IoT environments).

Manage and optimize Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.
-
Monitor security events, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
-
Conduct risk assessments and support audits and compliance initiatives.
-
Produce risk, vulnerability, and compliance reports.
-
Mandatory Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or similar.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.

Experience with:
-
Security audits and risk assessments;
-
Security controls in hybrid environments;
-
Incident response in production environments;
-
NIS2 and/or ISO 27001 compliance.

One of the following certifications:

CISSP
-
CISM
-
CEH
-
CompTIA Security+

Fortinet NSE4 (or equivalent)
