Job title: Cybersecurity Regulation, Governance & Culture Specialist

About the Role

In an international, dynamic and fast-growing context, you will join the Cybersecurity Regulation, Guidance & Culture function and have the opportunity to work closely with professionals from diverse corporate cultures. You will support Governance activities, in particular the oversight of reference regulations, the evolution of the organization, processes and Group rules, and manage relations with authorities and key peers.

What You'll Do

  • Represent the strategies, objectives and results in cybersecurity and business continuity management to top managers, corporate bodies and internal/external stakeholders of interest
  • Define, maintain and verify the Group's Information Security Plan and the Group's Operating Continuity Plan
  • Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity awareness programs to increase the awareness of cyber threats among key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure, within the areas of responsibility, the supervision of relationships with supervisory bodies, institutional entities, judicial authorities, law enforcement, major companies and sector associations, ensuring information sharing and involvement of control functions for the relevant aspects
  • Govern the internal regulatory framework (policies, rules, operating guides and models) of cybersecurity and business continuity at Group level

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and/or business continuity
  • Degree in a scientific, economic or legal field related to cybersecurity and business continuity
  • Experience in cybersecurity projects/activities
  • Knowledge of main reference frameworks and key regulations related to cybersecurity and business continuity
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Proficiency with Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Rappresentano un titolo preferenziale le seguenti conoscenze:

  • Knowledge of ICT systems including infrastructure and network security, info-fysical security solutions and change management processes
  • Knowledge of innovative technologies and their application in cybersecurity
  • Understanding of attack scenarios, vulnerabilities and threats affecting banking systems and customers
  • Certifications in cybersecurity and business continuity are a plus

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of ICT systems and information security concepts
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their cybersecurity applications
  • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity and business continuity
