Role Overview

The Cybersecurity Engineer for Attack Surface Management is responsible for designing, implementing, and maturing advanced security validation capabilities to safeguard enterprise systems and applications. This role focuses on continuous security validation through External Attack Surface Management (EASM) tools, integration with existing security infrastructure, and providing actionable insights to strengthen cyber resilience. The engineer will partner with cross-functional teams to simulate adversarial tactics, evaluate control effectiveness, and recommend enhancements aligned with enterprise risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement security validation capabilities for enterprise systems.

• Utilize External Attack Surface Management (EASM) tools for continuous security validation.

• Integrate EASM with existing security infrastructure.

• Provide actionable insights to improve the organization's cyber resilience.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to simulate real-world adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

• Evaluate the effectiveness of security controls.

• Recommend enhancements that align with enterprise risk management and regulatory standards.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience.

Technical Skills:

• Software development experience in languages such as Python, Golang, or C#.

• Experience with ETL pipelines.

• Demonstrated ability as a self-starter.

• Proficiency with SQL/Kusto.

• Experience with cloud environments.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in development or application security (Dev/AppSec).

• Knowledge of networking and cloud infrastructure.

• Background in Incident Response (IR) or Security Operations Center (SOC).
