Job title: Cyber Security Architect

About the Role The role is to design the organization’s computer and network security infrastructure and protect systems and sensitive information from cyber threats. It focuses on designing enterprise cybersecurity strategy and architecture and providing technical leadership across security deployment and operations.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop enterprise cyber security strategy and architecture; evaluate security requirements by analyzing business strategies and conducting system security vulnerability and risk analyses.
  • Identify risks in business processes, operations, information security programs and technology projects; communicate current and emerging threats; design architecture elements to mitigate threats.
  • Provide product best-fit analysis to ensure end-to-end security including Layered security, Zoning, API, Endpoint security, Data security, and compliance considerations.
  • Conduct security assessments against frameworks such as NIST, SANS, CIS; support deployment, configuration, integration and administration of security technologies.
  • Apply ITIL-like processes (incident, configuration, change, problem management) and assist in disaster recovery planning in case of breaches or incidents.
  • Prepare responses to client RFPs; manage to-be-solution portfolios; provide technical leadership in design, development and implementation of custom solutions; articulate target architectures and investment roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and assist audits; maintain information security risk registers and deliver cyber security awareness training.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in designing and delivering enterprise cyber security strategy and architecture aligned to business goals.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment, vulnerability management and communicating security threats; ability to identify gaps and propose architectural changes.
  • Experience with NIST Frameworks, SANS, CIS controls and security assessment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or key process domains like incident, configuration, change and problem management.
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning and security incident response.
  • Hands-on experience with RFP responses and client-facing security design.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, audit support and security awareness training delivery.
  • Knowledge of layered security concepts, zoning, API security, endpoint security, data security and regulatory compliance.
