What You'll Do
- Lead and manage engineering teams within Deloitte's Cyber Oracle Cloud Security practice, focusing on Oracle Cloud Security initiatives and engineering excellence.
- Partner with product leaders and engineering teams to define strategy, roadmap, and delivery for cloud security programs and security-by-design practices.
- Drive program execution, risk management, and client outcomes through effective leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in engineering management at senior manager or AVP level in enterprise software or cloud security.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of cloud security concepts, secure software development lifecycle, and modern cloud architectures (ideally Oracle Cloud Security environment).
