About the Role Deloitte is seeking a Cyber Identity SailPoint Senior Consultant within the Engineering Management practice. This role focuses on leading identity governance and security initiatives using SailPoint solutions for client engagements.
What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ implementations and enhancements for client engagements.
- Design and optimize identity governance architectures, access reviews, and provisioning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering management and product to align security with business goals.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the Cyber Identity practice.
- Develop client-ready artifacts, document solutions, and transfer knowledge to client teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and/or IdentityIQ, including governance, access requests, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with client-facing roles.
- Experience delivering enterprise identity and access management programs in complex environments.
- Ability to work across multiple locations and client sites.
