About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Data Engineer to build and operate the governed data foundations powering cyber risk, compliance evidence, and AI-enabled cyber workflows. You will design production-grade pipelines and services that support risk reporting, continuous controls monitoring, and AI-assisted security operations—with strong governance, lineage, privacy-by-design, and audit-ready evidence.
What You'll Do
- Build and operate governed data foundations for cyber risk, compliance evidence, and agentic AI-enabled cyber workflows.
- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data pipelines and services to support risk reporting, continuous controls monitoring, and AI-assisted security operations.
- Ensure governance, data lineage, privacy-by-design, and audit-ready evidence across data platforms.
- Collaborate with Deloitte Cyber and Enterprise Technology Strategy and Transformation teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on data engineering experience with designing and operating data pipelines and data platforms.
- Experience building data foundations for cyber risk, compliance evidence, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Strong governance, data lineage, privacy-by-design, and audit-ready data practices.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate risk and compliance requirements into practical data solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with security operations or security analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled cyber workflows and agentic AI concepts.
- Experience in a professional services or Deloitte-like consulting environment.
