What You'll Do

Adequately represent the best company in Serbia in the telecommunications field

Provide information and service support to existing and potential customers by phone, email, or chat

Record the realization and distribution of customer requests from the initial contact to final resolution

Ensure a positive customer experience

Communicate with colleagues to resolve customer requirements

What We're Looking For

Advanced knowledge of spoken and written German (certificate not required)

Minimum IV level of professional qualification

Good communication and social skills, customer orientation

Interest in new technologies

Motivation to work in a dynamic environment

Willingness to learn and upskill

Successfully completed professional training at Telekom Srbija (not a problem if you have no experience—we will teach you everything you need to know)
